Absolutely amazing location! The views were breathtaking and we felt like we had escaped from reality. And the best part? The farm nearby didn't keep us up at night with noisy animals. We slept like babies! The owners really thought of everything, from the perfectly set-up accommodations to the lovely welcome gifts. Oh, and how can I forget the adorable dog that greeted us? What a sweetheart! And to top it all off, we had a cozy log fire that we couldn't get enough of. We can't recommend this place highly enough and we're already thinking about coming back!
Ugh, there was honestly nothing negative about our stay. It was perfect in every way.

The setting of this place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and an amazing location that allowed us to totally escape from reality. And the fact that it's a fully working farm that didn't disturb our peaceful sleep at all? Mind-blowing! We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the owners, who had everything laid out perfectly for us and even left a delightful bottle of wine and cake as a welcome gift. The friendly dog that greeted us occasionally was a pleasant surprise too, not at all a pest. We couldn't get enough of the brilliant log fire, which added an extra level of coziness to our stay. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super retreat and we may even return ourselves. Plus, who can complain about amenities like wi-fi, free parking, cycling, and a pet-free, smoke-free environment? It's a total win!

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cottage was perfect for us and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and cake, which was super sweet. The owner even let us check out at our own pace. The location was ideal and the surrounding farm was so peaceful, we slept like babies every night. They had everything we needed and the little dog that visited us was adorable. The log fire was a total game-changer. We can't recommend this place enough and we might just have to come back. Wi-Fi, free parking, cycling, no pets allowed, no smoking on site.

The Stone House in Ludlow was absolutely charming. The room I stayed in had a bathroom with a bath or shower, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The cozy atmosphere of the room made me feel right at home, and the quaint decor added to the overall charm. As a budget traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was that there was only one bathroom with a shower. But hey, it's just my personal opinion and others might not mind at all.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with cozy antique furniture and beautiful floral patterns that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for us seniors to relax and chat. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with handrails in the hallways and easy-to-navigate pathways throughout the property.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in carrying our luggage to the room. As seniors, it can be a bit challenging to carry heavy bags, and having some help from the children working there would have made our vacation even better.
